第十一届一带一路高峰论坛，由香港特区政府与香港贸易发展局联合主办，将于 9 月 9‑10 日在香港会议展览中心重磅举办，论坛以“推动高质量发展共启新征程”为主题，近百位政策制定者、商界领袖齐聚湾仔，聚焦东盟、中亚、中东市场，为企业出海搭建一站式对接平台。

Over the past decade, Hong Kong’s Belt and Road Summit, as a flagship economic and trade event, has consistently brought together global political and business leaders and opened up channels for cross‑border economic and trade exchanges.

Co‑hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the 11th Belt and Road Summit will be grandly held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 9th-10th September.

Under the theme Advancing High‑Quality Development for a New Journey, nearly 100 policymakers and business leaders will gather in Wan Chai. Focusing on ASEAN, Central Asian and Middle Eastern markets, the Summit serves as a one‑stop matching platform for enterprises to go global.

The HKTDC continues to expand its global footprint. This year, it has organised business delegations to visit Belt and Road partner countries and staged the overseas promotion event Creating Opportunities ∙ Choose Hong Kong in Malaysia, continuously forging global business networks.

在过去两年特首带队商贸出访打下的合作基础之上，论坛开设中亚、中东专属板块，叠加全新推出的东盟市场推广日，三大潜力市场集中亮相。

Building on the cooperation foundations laid by Chief Executive‑led business missions over the past two years, the Summit features dedicated sessions for Central Asia and the Middle East, together with the newly‑launched ASEAN Market Promotion Day, bringing the three high‑potential markets into the spotlight.

中亚 & 中东专章：商贸与文化双向交融

作为 “一带一路周” 的重点活动，专为港商尤其是中小企业打造。行业专家分享东盟市场实战经验，会后可参观东盟专区，直接对接贸发局驻外办事处、东盟领事馆及商协会资源。后续还将陆续推出非洲、中东市场推广日，持续挖掘新兴市场潜力。

As a highlight of the Belt and Road Week, this event is tailored for Hong Kong businesses, especially small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises (SMEs). Industry experts will share hands‑on practical experience of the ASEAN market.

Participants may visit the ASEAN exhibition zone after the session to connect directly with resources from HKTDC’s overseas offices, ASEAN consulates‑general and business associations.

Subsequent initiatives including the Africa Market Promotion Day and the Middle East Market Promotion Day will be rolled out to continuously tap into the potential of emerging markets.

For the first time, a think‑tank dialogue will be held to examine the Belt and Road Initiative and Asia‑Pacific cooperation amid global shifts.

Session topics span finance, green technology and young talent, with new hot‑track themes including GoGlobal and low‑altitude economy. A dedicated session for young business leaders will explore development pathways for Hong Kong as an international hub for high‑end talent.

This Summit brings together more than 300 high‑quality investment projects with a total investment value exceeding USD 3.7 billion, and hosts over 800 one‑on‑one project‑matching meetings.

Beyond on‑site sessions during the Summit, matching activities will continue online on 14th‑15th September, breaking time‑and‑space constraints to foster long‑term cooperation.
