10 月 12 日晚，第十三届中法环境月启动仪式于上海巴赛别墅顺利举办。法国驻上海总领事荣怡霞在官邸发表开幕辞，正式拉开本届中法环境月系列活动的大幕。
On the evening of October 12th, the launching ceremony of the 13th Mois Franco-Chinois de L’Environnement was successfully held at Villa Basset in Shanghai.
The Consul General of France in Shanghai Isis Jaraud‑Darnault delivered an opening speech at the official residence, unveiling an impressive and wide-ranging series of events for this year’s Mois Franco-Chinois de L’Environment.
来自上海法国外籍人员子女学校的 34 名学生登台献唱，演绎中法两国国歌以及欧盟盟歌。悠扬的歌声搭建起文化与生态交流的桥梁，传递出国际携手守护地球的美好愿景。
Thirty‑four students from Lycée Français de Shanghai took the stage to perform the national anthems of China and France as well as the anthem of the European Union. Their melodious singing built a bridge for cultural and ecological exchanges, conveying the fine vision of international joint efforts to protect our planet.
本届中法环境月以“生机勃勃的地球”为主题，活动周期横跨 10 月至 11 月，上海及华东地区将推出 30 余场特色活动，搭建中法生态对话交流平台，聚焦生物多样性保护与绿色可持续发展。
Under the theme of ‘Une planète pleine de vie’, this year’s Mois Franco-Chinois de L’Environnement will run from October to November. More than 30 featured events will be held in Shanghai and East China to build a platform for Sino‑French ecological dialogue and exchanges, with a focus on biodiversity conservation and green sustainable development.
2026 年是推进全球可持续解决方案的关键之年。中法两国延续自 2015 年《巴黎协定》签署开启的环保合作，持续发挥引领作用。遵照两国元首共同意愿，今年 5 月，中法正式成立应对气候与环境挑战专项工作组；中法碳中和中心（CNC）也持续汇聚两国专家力量，共同探索环境治理路径。
2026 is a pivotal year for advancing global sustainable solutions. China and France have continued their environmental cooperation initiated by the signing of the Paris Agreement in 2015 and continue to play a leading international role in upholding its commitments.
In accordance with the shared will of the heads of state of the two countries, China and France have officially set up a special working group on addressing climate and environmental challenges in May this year. The China‑France Carbon Neutrality Center (CNC) also brings together experts from both countries to jointly explore pathways for environmental governance.

Three Sections Combining Professional Insights and Public Science Outreach
本届中法环境月设置科研交流、艺术展览、公众科普三大板块，既有专业研讨，也有面向普通大众的沉浸式体验。
This year’s Mois franco-chinois de l’environnement consists of three sections: scientific exchange, art exhibitions and public science outreach, featuring both professional seminars and immersive experiences for the general public.
科研交流：共探全球环境治理方案
科研板块将围绕大气污染治理、荒漠化防治、冰川生态保护等重点议题，开展专题讲座与圆桌研讨，汇聚中法领域专家，共同探寻全球性环境治理解决方案。
Special lectures and round‑table discussions will be organized on key topics including air pollution control, desertification prevention and glacial ecosystem protection, bringing together Chinese and French experts to seek solutions for global environmental governance.
艺术展览：用文艺诠释生态之美

The art section boasts diverse and creative forms, with multiple major exhibitions to be staged across cities in East China:
法国国家自然历史博物馆策划的《生物多样性》主题展览登陆南京红山森林动物园；
The themed exhibition Biodiversités curated by the French National Museum of Natural History will be presented at Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo;

The AR sound art exhibition L’exposition Villes Flottantes will tour

A touring exhibition of ecological‑themed works by French photographer Lorraine Turriat will be held in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing;

杭州还将带来可持续时尚讲座、主题展览以及学生环保时装秀，以潮流时尚视角传播绿色生态理念。
Hangzhou will host lectures and themed exhibitions on sustainable fashion as well as student eco‑fashion shows to spread green ecological concepts from a trendy fashion perspective.
公众科普：环境议题人人有责
面向多元受众，活动还将开设法语角主题讨论、电影放映、科普工作坊等丰富内容。
For diverse audiences, there will also be themed French corner discussions, film screenings and science workshops.
活动覆盖学术界专业人士、在校学生以及广大普通市民，借此传递一个理念：无论是法国还是中国，环境保护，是每一个人的责任。
Open to academic professionals, students and the general public, these events convey the message that environmental protection is the responsibility of every individual, in both France and China.
